Crypto and tokenization
Regulatory context
Tokenisation opens new funding and distribution routes, but each route sits inside a regulatory perimeter. In Brazil, crowdfunding and the regulatory sandbox follow CVM Resolution 88; in the European Union the reference framework is MiCA.
Operating with virtual assets in Brazil requires authorisation as a virtual asset service provider (VASP) from Banco Central do Brasil. We prepare and coordinate that process.
Scope
- Tokenisation feasibility and token classification (security or utility) with a regulatory strategy.
- Selection of licensed, institutional-grade custody solutions.
- Coordination of smart contract audits and security reviews with specialised partners.
- Documentation for CVM, BCB and other regulators, and support through licensing.
