How booking works

  • Choose an available slot directly on the page — no phone call and no account required.
  • Slots run on business days, 09:00-11:00 and 14:00-16:00 Florianopolis time (America/Sao_Paulo, UTC-3), and open from 24 hours ahead up to three weeks out.
  • Each consultation lasts up to 45 minutes and is held by video call or WhatsApp; the link is sent before the meeting.
  • A confirmation email with the date, time and format is sent immediately after booking, in the language of the request.
  • Working languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish and Russian.

What a consultation covers

  • Opening or restructuring a company in Brazil — LTDA, SLU, SA, branch of a foreign company, holding — including Florianopolis and Santa Catarina specifics (JUCESC, CNPJ, alvara).
  • Brazil market entry for a foreign company: entity structure, import setup, RADAR/Siscomex, distribution.
  • Residency, CPF, Policia Federal procedures and naturalization routes, including residency for adult children.
  • Taxes: regime choice, the 2026 consumption tax reform (IBS, CBS, split payment) for foreign-owned business, and IRPF filing.
  • Fintech licensing with Banco Central do Brasil, crypto and tokenization advisory, investment consulting and international structuring.

Scope of the engagement

Consultations are non-discretionary advisory: we review the situation, explain the applicable rules and the sequence of steps, and coordinate licensed accountants, lawyers, sworn translators and banks. Decisions remain with the client, and acts reserved to licensed professionals stay with them.
